Apiel Anti-Aging Apple Stem Cell Cream

In my quest for younger looking skin, and of course less wrinkles, I have literally tried dozens of skin care lines.. everything from store brands to Olay to Avon and even the more expensive brands like Estée Lauder and Clinique. What I have found is that while most give me the same end result (basically just soft feeling skin), they don’t do much for my fine lines.
I was given the chance to sample a product new to me, Apiel Anti-Aging Apple Stem Cell Cream ($119.95 – apielskincare.com). Apiel is made from plant stem cells from a certain type of apple grown in Switzerland, the Uttwiler Spatlauber apple. Plant stem cells can work with human skin to repair damaged skin and replenish dying cells.
The first thing I noticed when opening the jar was the aromatic smell of fresh apple! I have a favorite perfume I wear, so I don’t like face creams or lotions with a perfume-y smell that overpower my signature fragrance. Once I applied the Apiel, the apple smell dissipated so there was no competition between the two. I am also very skin sensitive to a lot of creams, but had no breakout whatsoever with Apiel. The reason must be the really natural ingredients!
After using Apiel for a few weeks now, i am definitely seeing some improvement, especially in the lines above my upper lip! Even my crow’s feet seem to be regressing some! I love rubbing the leftover cream on my hands.. they feel as soft as my face. I hope Apiel comes out with a body lotion soon, or even a complete skin care line!

As far as environmental impact, Apiel only uses one apple or one leaf to create the culture for its cream, thereby not needing to mass produce orchards or use large amounts of water to create Apiel.
