The dog days of summer may have come to a close, but as school doors are opening back up, you can help your child increase oral vocabulary skills with everyone’s favorite talking dog, Martha, star of PBS KIDS’ Martha Speaks! In the brand-new game, Martha Seeks, you’re on the hunt with a pack of puppies for some seriously yummy buried treasure! Each round begins with clues that put players on the right path while using and explaining new vocabulary words. Be sure to keep those ears perked and listen carefully to find the bones that are buried around the yard! Be weary of other mystery items that might be hiding – yikes!

Martha fans can now play their favorite games and build vocabulary skills on the go with the new Martha Speaks mobile-friendly site! Each game on pbskids.org/martha/gamessite introduces tons of new words and includes favorites like Scrub-a-Pup, Dogs on Ice, and Socks in Space – as well as delightfully delicious new additions like Martha’s Steaks and Martha Seeks. The more kids play, the more words they’ll hear and learn!
The mobile-friendly site will also include a link to Martha’s True Stories and PBS video player, which plays a feed of all the Martha videos playing on the PBS KIDS website.
