Each pouch contains pasta/beans, sauce and spices, and vegetables.
I first sampled the Teriyaki White Bean & Broccoli Noodles. The instructions were easy to follow. I did have to cook the pasta about 2 minutes longer than recommended as they were still a little al dente, so about 7 minutes total. I used olive oil to mix the sauce. I also added about 2 cups of leftover rotisserie chicken and about a cup of fresh (cooked) broccoli. I really liked the taste of the teriyaki sauce and with my added ingredients I felt like we had a tasty, well balanced meal.
Above is a picture of the Mediterranean Green Lentil Rotini that my daughter prepared with fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes and grilled chicken. Her family gobbled it down!
