nanoblock® Kits Now Available at Target
If you’ve been through the Target toy aisles lately you may have noticed some teeny tiny building block kits called nanoblock from The Ohio Art Company. nanoblock is a mico-sized building block system with its smallest piece being a mere 4mm X 4mm X 5mm. Challenging and fun for all the construction enthusiasts in the family, nanoblock lets you build in greater detail than ever before.
Disclosure: I received product samples in exchange for blog coverage. Any opinion expressed in this article is based on my experience with the product and is not influenced by compensation.
Warning: Not for small children.
I was completely blown away with how tiny the nanoblock pieces were when I first received my kits. The amount of pieces was a bit overwhelming at first but I think it’s the perfect “busy” activity for older kids and even adults. The nanoblock kits are sort of like 3D puzzles in a sense. Each kit is set-up to allow you to construct the structure on the package but you are also free to create your own projects.
To give you an accurate size comparison I thought it would be fun to show you the nanoblocks next to a Starburst candy. Pretty small, huh?
My favorite of the two kits I received was the adorable Terrier. I found this kit at my local Target for $12.99. The Castle kit was $24.99 at my local target.
