Preserve Memories with Keepy | Available in the iTunes App Store 9/4/13

New York, NY — August 26, 2013 — Offir Gutelzon, Founder and CEO of Keepy, announces Keepy, an inter-generational brand, that synergizes smartphone technology, to create a lifestyle platform through 
which parents can organize, enhance, share, admire and preserve their children’s schoolwork, art and 
mementos.
Keepy was founded after Gutelzon, a serial entrepreneur, sold his decade-old image recognition company 
PicScout to Getty Images in 2011 and moved to the United States. Gutelzon explains, “After moving to 
New York, I discovered that sharing my kids creativity with family around the world was a daunting task. 
Keepy is a new way for families to connect and preserve memories by simply snapping and sharing.” He 
continues, “The experience is a game changer as it takes the smartphone, a device used by three 
generations, and uses its technology to offer synergized voice, video and photo capabilities and merges 
them into one keepy, a new form of content.”
Keepy means no more overstuffed boxes of keepsakes, packed refrigerator doors or lost memories. It’s 
a simple process for saving and sharing the content that is part of growing up. Parents snap schoolwork, 
art and mementos, and tag the photograph with their child’s name and the date it was made. Keepies are 
then shared privately with grandparents, aunts, uncles and loved ones. The brand distinguishes itself from 
other platforms with special features including the narrative function, which enables kids to record the 
story behind the picture and the keepy-cam, through which loved ones can leave video comments on each 
keepy. Additionally, advanced technology recognizes the borders of photographs, creating a perfect crop. 
Abby Pecoriello, a 12-year veteran of Nickelodeon, author and Keepy’s Chief Family Officer (CFO) 
comments, “My mother-in-law is obsessed with Keepy. I snap a photograph, she gets a notification, clicks 
on the link and then gushes about it on the keepy-cam. It’s great that my kids can look back at all of their 
keepies as well as the videos filled with their grandparents love, forever and ever.” She continues, “Our 
inter-generational platform goes beyond saving art and school work. It encourages conversation, 
preserves memories and creates an emotional timeline.”
Keepy is free at the iTunes App Store and includes an option to increase storage with an in-app purchase. 
It will be available on Google Play in the fall 2013. The platform provides the space and the storage on 
the Keepy cloud forever. Keepies can also be shared on Facebook, Twitter and the Keepy Gallery, a
