Baby’s Got…STYLE + Giveaway

… I’m pretty sure my daughter’s have cuter clothes and accessories than I do.
Today I’m sharing some of my recent favorites that we’ve received for review.  I don’t want to bore you all with an overload of information so I tried to keep it short and sweet and tell you a little about each brand and why I love them.  It’s hard to talk for days about a piece of clothing, anyways, which is why I tried to provide lots of photos instead.  For more information about each brand, click on the links next to their names.

Right off the bat my husband and I both noticed how soft this reversible onesie is.  Even after many washes, it has remained soft.  The weave of the fabric combined with the softness of the 100% organic cotton looks and feels different than other onesies we’ve seen.   It’s also pretty thick which is great for keeping the baby warm, but not so thick that it’s bulky  We typically have to roll the sleeves up on Kendall’s long sleeve outfits and being that this onesie is reversible, it has a cute color underneath.

Blooms Onesie 3-Pack- $12

 Baby Kendall is totally teething right now which means I have to bring lots of spare outfits when we are out and about.  She drools like crazy and ends up soaking the whole front of her shirt.  Rather than bring multiple full outfit sets, I like to pack extra shirts or onesies that go with the same pair of pants.  This adorable Offspring onesie 3-pack is one of my favorite sets that we have.  

These simple onesies have the typical three-snap closure at the bottom and the criss-crossed neckline for easy on/off.  The matching blanket looks great with the onesies and works well to keep the baby warm in her car seat.

We received two sets of pajamas to test out from Beryl of Monkeys.  The Jacqueline newborn set (orange) pictured on Kendall goes for $69 and comes with a bib, burp cloth, swaddle and a onesie.  All of the fabric is super soft and lightweight.  Kendall is about 12 pounds (2 1/2 months) and is currently wearing the 3 month size and it fits her perfectly.  This set would make a great baby shower gift and is priced appropriately.
Charlotte (pictured below) is wearing the adorable Matteo toddler pajamas set.  The 3/4 length sleeves are perfect for busy toddlers and the tapered ankles ensure that she won’t be tripping over baggy pants.  These pajamas have reinforced knees for toddlers on-the-go which is such a great idea.  The Beryl of Monkey’s toddler pajamas come in sizes 2T to 5T and are $45 for a two-piece set.

LiBi 100% Cotton Solid Color Infant Girl’s Bodysuit – $18

I love the little striped feet on this bodysuit.  Besides a few details on the feet and chest, this is a pretty basic but well-made outfit for baby girls.  It can be worn as pajamas or as a daytime outfit and offers warmth without the bulk. Since it’s always pajama day at our house, baby Kendall will be wearing this quite a bit.  The price is great, too.

What’s a cute outfit without the perfect accessories?  A headband is an easy way to spruce up any look and is a great way to tame those flyaway hairs on a windy day.  But not all headbands are created equal.  At Republic of Pigtails, each headband is handmade and only produced in small quantities.  Their collection of handmade hair accessories was inspired by the owner’s little toddler and her little friends… as well as their mothers, who also love to look fabulous. Each of their accessories are named after their own friends and family who helped inspire them.

My daughter looks fab in her Angie headband.  It goes perfectly with her hot pink rain boots, purple leggings, maroon and white dress and fuzzy vest…uhhh, sort of?  #toddlerstyle

It’s funny to see my daughter choose her own outfits.  As much as I’d love to help her choose her outfit every morning, I also need to choose my battles.  Sometimes it’s not worth fighting over.  Trust me.
