I shower daily but wash my hair every other day.
I wash my hair as it needs it. If I can get away with 2 days or 3, I do!
I GO 3 DAYS BETWEEN WASHING. UNLESS I HIT THE GYM EXTRA HARD.
I have curly/wavy hair so I don't wash it everyday I try to go a few days in between washes but I do condition often 🙂
