DIY Luau Party Ideas – Hawaiian Pinata and Goodie Bags

What’s a 2nd birthday party without a pinata?  We purchased a cheap ($11.99) Hawaiian pinata from Target and stuffed it with candy, tattoos, bracelets and balls from Oriental Trading.  The kiddos LOVED the goodies that rained out of the pinata and the parents loved the face that it wasn’t all candy inside.
