DIY Hibiscus Fruit Kabobs
You need:
Watermelon
Cantelope
Honeydew Melon
Pineapple
Red, Purple or Green Grapes
Strawberries
Directions:
For the stand – cut a watermelon in half horizontally and scoop all of the fruit out leaving the shell intact.
Cut all fruit into 1 inch cubes.
Place 4-5 pieces of fruit onto each kabob stick in the order of your choice. We did a rainbow type pattern.
Once all of your kabobs are assembled, stick them into the inverted watermelon rinds like the photos below.
