I have been hunting for the perfect backpack-style purse for over a year now, but have never found the perfect backpack.  Most of them look too schoolish or cheap, unless you’re willing to pay upwards of $600 – which I’m not.

As you know, I’m a mom and a blogger, so I need to be able to carry around “kid stuff,” but I’m always lugging around my camera and miscellaneous products to photograph.  The Kelly Moore Woodstock Backpack ($229) is sort of just your all around bag.  I use it for travel and even for day-to-day use.

What I love most about the Woodstock Backpack is its ability to organize my belongings so well.  It comes with it’s own removable padded basket which is great for camera equipment and/or sippy cups and snacks.  It also has so many different magnetic and zippered compartments for hiding smaller items like keys, a phone, hair ties, lipstick, and every other random item we carry around all day.

The Woodstock comes in three different color options.  The one I have is called BONE COLORBLOCK.  It also comes in STONE (solid black) and CINNAMON COLORBLOCK.  Each of them features a top carry handle and two backpack straps.
The backpack straps are so comfortable and soft, that it makes carrying a backpack around all day easy.  I’m also finding that I use the top grab handle more than I thought I would.
