CloudB Twilight Buddies Review

My daughter has been complaining of “seeing stars” for about a month now.  She literally hides under her blankets because she says they are trying to get her.  She screams in fear of these stars in a way I’ve never heard her scream before.  So naturally my husband and I “googled” the phrase Child Seeing Stars.

Our search came up with some pretty crazy results.  Some say it’s a psychic thing, while others say it’s perfectly normal and not anything to be worried about.  I think what she is actually seeing is static, sort of like when the TV loses it’s signal and shows static.  When I pay really close attention, I see static both with my eyes open and closed, day or night.  Anyone else see this?
Aside from the bizarre “seeing stars” explanations, we had to quickly find a solution because mommy and daddy needed sleep.  Her screams were even waking the baby up.  We experimented with nightlights and her lamp on her nightstand, but she still complained of the problem.

We were introduced to the brand CloudB around November/December and decided to give their Twilight Buddies Hippo a try to see if it could help Charlotte.  Twilight Buddies are ultra-cuddly friends that help ease children’s fear of the dark by projecting a starry night sky onto bedroom ceilings and walls. Hidden within the soothing starry projection are the moon and 3 constellations! Little ones find instant soothing companionship with the fun and cuddly animal collection that can travel with them wherever they go.

The Twilight Buddies hippo worked like a charm.
We’ve been using the hippo every night since we got it and haven’t heard a complaint from Charlotte since.  We turn the light on and set it to the rotating colors setting.  It runs for about 45 minutes and automatically shuts off.

If you’re child is struggling at night time I recommend looking into the CloudB products.  They have so much more than just the Twighlight buddies so click around their website and see if there’s something that could help your child.
Since being introduced to the CloudB brand, I have received a free product to thoroughly test it out and provide my feedback.  My opinion and story is honest and my own and is never influenced by compensation.  Visit www.cloudb.com to learn more about the brand and the products they offer.

  2. Yes my daughter sometimes has trouble falling asleep, and lights give her comfort. When she was a toddler she used to scream that she saw flies in her room and get really scared, but nothing was there. Luckily she hasn't done that in a while.

  3. My grandson sleeps about an hour then is a wake then goes to sleep and is awake again in an hour, he is a terrible sleeper, I'm not sure if this would help him.

  4. My daughter is 16 and leaves the radio on, which probably interrupts her sleep pattern. It's a battle to get her to even turn it onto sleep mode, so I just let her leave it on all night. Maybe a glowing plush would help.

  5. My daughter hasn't had a normal sleep schedule since her baby brother was born 9 months ago. She is a light sleeper and wakes up whenever he cries.
