E-Cloth
I am a big fan of buying cleaning products that seem to be a little more “environmentally, human and pet friendly” and non-toxic, including Seventh Generation, Method, Kirkland, and many other store brands.
Lately I have been doing a lot of research online to find recipes for the homemade cleaners using vinegar, Borax, essential oils – basically ingredients that you have in your cupboard. I have found a lot of great ideas for laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and window cleaner. I haven’t tried any of these recipes yet, but they sound intriguing!

I was recently asked to sample a cleaning product called e-cloth. I had the pleasure of trying their interior/exterior car cleaning kit called e-auto. This great kit included an e-cloth for glass and chrome, a spray water bottle and another e-cloth for all other car surfaces, even upholstery, and came in a nice little zippered mesh bag. The fantastic thing about this kit is that you don’t need to use any other cleaners with it – just water!! I loved how the glass and chrome cloth cleaned my front window, which seems to always have streaks, even with Windex. This is the first time it has been absolutely streak free! The orange car cleaning cloth actually removed a few stains from my upholstery that I had previously tried to clean with some Fantastik cleaner. These cloths have so many fibers that they actually really absorb the stain instead of rubbing it around!

I think you will agree that anytime we do not have to use a chemical cleaner on our cars, homes or bodies we are helping the environment tremendously!
