prayer and lots of hand washing
If we're in public and a bathroom isn't readily available I have hand sanitizer wipes but washing hands is preferred.
Use hand sanitizer every time you go to the store immediately after you walk out the door. Also limit trips to the pharmacy — that is where sick people go to pick up prescriptions and cold meds.
