Natural Looking Tan with Fake Bake Products

No time to wait for that perfect tan?  Want to avoid the risk of skin cancers?  Fake Bake is a product that accomplishes both and still gives you a great looking summer tan!
Application of Fake Bake is fairly simple, but exfoliation is recommended before applying.  The Fake Bake kit comes complete with protective gloves, application mitt and Fake Bake Flawless Self-Tan Liquid with sprayer (and a bonus lip gloss!).  To use, just spray Fake Bake on the mitt (with protective gloves underneath) and apply in a circular motion (after doing a patch test 24 hours pre-application).  Light application will give you a nice glow, while more product gives you a luxurious dark tan.  I had no skin streaking at all and none of the product rubbed off or stained my clothing.
Fake Bake has a clean tropical scent and is not oily or greasy feeling at all.   Fake Bake Flawless can be used on the face, but The Face by Fake Bake is recommended as it does not collect in your pores.  Fake Bake should not be substituted for sunscreen as it contains no sunscreen.
Light application on the left, two applications on the right.
If you want an even tan that has no orange tint to it, this is the product for you.  I like that it is subtle, not a super dark product at first.  Of course, you can reapply for a darker tan, but I prefer to start slowly and look more natural.
Fake Bake products are Paraben free, never tested on animals and contain botanically extracted ingredients.  You can purchase a variety of Fake Bake tanning products and cosmetics on the Fake Bake company website, with free shipping in the continental US, or at select salons nationwide and worldwide.

  1. I used a self tanner many years ago when they were not very good. I remember it was a orangey tint. UGH! I believe they have made improvements in self tanning!
