Try and take some time out for you. You can’t look after other people correctly if you aren’t looking after yourself. Try and find someone to keep an eye on the kids for a few hours. Catch up with friends, go to the gym, go out with your other half. Do something that makes you feel good. Boosting your mood can pay dividends.
