HollyBeth Organics Review | Natural Lip Balm and Hair/Body Oil
My family has been slowly making the transition to organic and natural products for a few years. We certainly have our favorite non-natural products (I know, I know) but I love learning about better-for-you brands and how they can benefit me and my family. HollyBeth Organics offers a whole range of products for various skincare needs that are USDA certified, but today I wanted to share two that I have personally tried and swear by.
Hair and Body Silk ($54)
Not only is the HollyBeth Organics Hair and Body Silk beautiful to look at, it also works like a charm to soothe dry skin. I love to use it on my nails and cuticles, on my legs as an aftershave and on my hair after I style it. You can also use this product as a massage oil for your baby or yourself, or drop a few drops into your bath tub for an aromatic experience.
I love the smell and feel of this oil on my skin, but prefer to wash the palms of my hands after application. Having an oil on the palms of my hands making writing and typing a little tricky.
The ingredients list contains: Camellia seed oil, Argan oil, peppermint oil and vetiver oil.
Orange Peppermint Lip Balm ($15)
I typically am not a fan of pots of lip balm because after I apply the balm with my finger, I’m left with a goo that I can’t seem to wipe off. What I love about this shea-based natural lip balm is that after I’ve applied it to my lips, I can just wipe it onto the back of my hand and it acts as a moisturizer. It isn’t grimy or sticky and smells so good.
The ingredients list only contains three things: shea butter, peppermint oil and orange peel oil.
HollyBeth Organics offers a variety of beautiful-smelling natural products for every skin type. I’m obsessed with little luxuries like fancy bottles and the way well-designed labels make me feel, so I just love HollyBeth Organics. Beautiful packaging, natural, organic well-made products – what’s not to love?
